But in Eric's case, the "too good" was indeed true. From start to finish, he diligently walked me through every step of the process. When it came time to sign the documents and refinance a $1.5MM property, Eric insisted on reviewing every signature line, every disclosure, and every charge with me, ensuring I fully understood everything. Even late in the evening, around 8:30 pm, he arranged for a notary to meet me the next day so that I could meet my timeline. His dedication and professionalism truly stood out. My only wish is that I had another ten properties for Eric to refinance. He's more conscientious about your loan than you are yourself!
